Frequently Asked Questions
What’s the difference between individual and business plans?
Plans for individuals allow one person to download and use files. The individual license is suitable for freelancers, bloggers, sole proprietors, self-employed individuals, etc.
If you download images for use by a company, or plan to share files with a team, one of our business plans will be more suitable.
Business plans grant your company a business license on files and provide you with convenient collaborative tools to create a license pool for your company.

What’s the difference between Standard and Extended licenses?
The Standard License is a default license type that allows you to use a downloaded file for personal and commercial purposes within the terms of the Standard License.
It covers various use cases, including advertising and marketing, UI designs in websites and apps, product packaging, newspapers and magazines, book design, and more.
If you have a Standard License, you can print no more than 500,000 copies of material created using a downloaded file.
The Extended License permits all use cases that fall into the Standard License and have no limits regarding the number of printed copies.
The Extended License allows you to use the downloaded files for resale or free distribution (posters, postcards, cups, T-shirts, fabrics, or artworks).
The Standard and Extended licenses can be purchased with Individual and Business plans.
What types of files are included in a plan?
With any of our image plans, you can download JPEG images of all sizes and vector images that can scale to any size.
Video plans allow you to download videos of any resolution included in your purchased video plan. You can download SD, HD, and 4K videos with any of our subscriptions. Packs on videos offer files of a specific resolution: 240p, 480p, 720p, 1080p, or 4K.
All of our audio plans provide you with access to our library of music and sound effects. A license on music purchased via monthly and yearly unlimited plans is only valid during the term of your subscription, or as long as your subscription auto-renews. Packs on music provide a lifelong license.
Should I purchase a subscription or a Pack?
Subscriptions are the best fit for customers with an ongoing need for files. They provide you with a certain number of file downloads per month at the lowest prices.
Image subscriptions roll over unused downloads to the following month for as long as your subscription auto-renews (except the 750 image/mo subscription).
Our audio subscription plans offer unlimited downloads.
Packs are tailored to customers who need a fixed number of downloads. They provide a set number of file downloads, and renew once you run out of them (until you cancel auto-renewal).
If I don't use all of my downloads each month, will they carry over to the next month? Is there a limit to the number of downloads that can be carried over?
Yes, our image subscriptions roll over unused downloads to the following month for as long as your subscription auto-renews. (except the 750 image/mo subscription.) Unused downloads keep rolling over until the total reaches one year's worth.
Downloads within Packs are available for a year after purchase. If you renew or purchase a new Pack before your billing period ends, the expiration date for unused Pack downloads is extended for one year.
What happens if I cancel the auto-renewal of my plan?
There are no cancellation fees, unless you had purchased an annual subscription with monthly billing. In this case, you may be charged for any difference in price between monthly and annual monthly subscriptions.
With all of our plans, you keep lifelong rights to use downloaded images regardless of your plan expiration date.
Can I get a refund for my plan purchase?
After purchasing a subscription or Pack, you have 30 days to change your mind and get a full refund. You are eligible for a refund if you have not downloaded any files.
